Cancellation / refund / return policy for physical goods bought on our website.
If you would like to cancel your order before despatch, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items are eligible for return and refund in case of damage during transit, or in case of missing items/breakage or damaged / incorrect product. An unboxing video showing original packaging is mandatory for all claims.
In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly email us on email@example.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with the subject line “Refund For order id...." within 7 days from day of order placement.
The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as these are non-refundable by delivery partners. This is applicable even though shipping is free for you and is borne by us.
Any refund shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 7 working days.
If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance.
