Cancellation / refund / return policy for physical goods bought on our website.
If you would like to cancel your order, this is possible only before despatch. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Items are eligible for return and refund in case of damage during transit, or in case of missing items/breakage or damaged / incorrect product. These claims must be accompanied by images and videos as evidence.
In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with the subject line “Refund For order id...." within 24 hours from receipt of product.
The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as these are non-refundable by delivery partners. This is applicable even though shipping is free for you and is borne by us.
Any refund shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner once the original product has been returned to us and received by us. If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance.
Refunds and returns are not possible when products are shipped abroad.
